Burned calories are never counted twice.

Most trackers add your workout back on top of the target. Bito moves a fixed weekly budget between your days instead, and shows its working.

One weekly budget

Bito sets one calorie budget for the whole week and gives training days a bigger share. Burned calories are never added on top, so nothing is counted twice.

Every number explains itself

Tap Why? on any target to see your energy use, your goal, the day type and the rule that turned them into one number.

Calm by design

No red numbers, no guilt, no levels to grind. Going over one day is just one day: it is never carried into the next.

No account, no ads, no analytics

There is nothing to sign up for. Your logs stay on your device, your health data stays in Apple Health, and food recognition runs on your iPhone.

A target you can check.

Your energy use, your goal, the weekly budget and today's training share: four steps, every number on screen. When Bito changes a target, it tells you why.

Why this target?

Why 2,610 kcal?

Training day: 10% more of your weekly budget.

  • Energy use 2,650 kcal
  • Goal: lose 0.25 kg a week
  • Rest days 2,060 kcal

Private, because there is nothing to send.

No account and no server holding your logs. Photos and sentences are analyzed on your iPhone, your health data stays in Apple Health, and data from Hevy, WHOOP, Oura or Polar is never given to any AI model.

Fits the apps you already use.

Works with Apple Health

Bito reads workouts, steps and weight from Apple Health and writes your meals and weigh-ins back, so sessions from Hevy, Fitbod, Boostcamp or StrongLifts already count.

Hevy, WHOOP, Oura and Polar

Connect them for more detail: the muscles you trained, strain and recovery, readiness and sessions. When the same workout comes from two places, Bito counts it once.

Siri and Shortcuts

Say “Log food in Bito” or ask “How many calories do I have left in Bito”. Both are ready for your own Shortcuts too.

Control Center and Action Button

Log a meal or start a photo log from Control Center, or put it on the Action Button.

Made for iPad too

Today and Progress open into two columns on iPad, in every orientation.

Your data, out or gone

Export every log as CSV, free. Delete all data in one step, including what Bito wrote to Apple Health.

Questions

Is Bito free?

Yes. Logging, the training-aware target, Apple Health, label reading, weight, CSV export and the weekly score are free and stay free. Bito Pro adds unlimited photo logging, adaptive targets, Hevy, WHOOP, Oura and Polar, full micronutrients, all widgets and the Live Activity. The app shows Pro's prices in your currency before you buy.

Do I need an account?

No. Open the app and start. There is no sign-up, no email and no password.

Why doesn't Bito add the calories I burned?

Burned-calorie estimates are rough, and adding them back is the most common way a tracker overshoots. Your energy use already includes your training, so Bito keeps the weekly total fixed and only decides how it is spread across the days.

Which iPhone do I need?

Any iPhone or iPad on iOS 18 or later. Logging by sentence needs iOS 26 and logging by photo needs iOS 27, both on a device with Apple Intelligence. Elsewhere those two options are hidden and everything else works.
